Required: At least 800 words Zero had seen a little ad on the giant projector in West City, apparently there was a huge monster on the lose that has been running a muck. Apparently it was strong and dangerously so. Zero had told his brother Ryme about it, the two of them set out at once. Yet again they had taken advantage of the human's vehicles. Zero had actually started to get a feel for them, he for some reason find them exhilarating. It would not take them long to reach the mountain area where the last siting of the large Dinosaur like creature. Zero was sure that the news on ZZTV about the beast was over the top due to humans being such weak and low class beings. He was confident that his brother and himself could handle the monster with no issues. After all there was nothing that the two of them could not handle. After that small ride the in the car they had arrived, dust rolled around as the wind blew in and lifted the dirt up towards the pair of them. "How disgusting, this planet has so much water to it and yet it has such bland landscape. Well let us just hope the beast comes for us. I suppose we should start looking. " He would await for his brother to respond to him before looking around, he wanted to make sure he gave is bother the proper respect as a changeling should give another changeling by giving them their complete focus when speaking to them, after all his brother was his equal in everything, and perhaps the only person in the entire universe he would never even think about double crossing. After all the two of them would soon be in charge of the company thanks to some hostile take over movements from Zero. Thinks back on planet Frost had worked a lot different than most worlds but at the end of the day no matter what he knew he and his brother would always have each others backs which is how they would climb the corporate ladder and go far in the PTO. Ryme couldn't believe the words out of his brother's mouth. He wanted to go hunt a giant monster on earth. To Ryme that sounded like some kind of heroic activity. Yet here he was sitting in a car once again. He knew that money was one of the main factors, but he'd rather rob a bank than kill a beast. This time they headed for the mountains outside of West City. Ryme would wait until they finished the car ride to complain to his brother about the why's. Zero had taken quite a liking to the earth vehicles, Ryme hoped he'd share that same enthusiasm for the namekian ship they'd have to buy. "Yes, this planet is full of disappointment. What I don't get brother is why we're hunting down a beast instead of robbing a bank or any other countless ways to earn Earthling Money. Still, you trusted me to train under Master Babidi so I'll trust you on this mission."Trust was the ultimate compliment in their culture. Being a member of one's family wasn't enough to trust Frost. Not having a bond was considered one of the ultimate sacrifices, even worse to trust someone. Still, the brothers persevered through the negative outlook of Changeling society. Even now they found ways to grow stronger together, that's what would help them conquer the entire PTO. Everyone else had the disadvantage of working alone all the time, but two powerful beings were better than one. Especially when they could play off the lack of trust for others no matter what planet they encountered. Once they mastered the technique from Master Babidi, Ryme could start enacting the second phase of their universal domination. Ryme would hear the sound of their monster nearby, the growls and loud steps. He'd look over to his brother and motion in that direction while creeping slowly towards it. As they inched closer he could hear the sound of the beast loudly chewing on some old prey. The size was about what Ryme expected from the average earthling's exaggeration. WC: 342 TWC: 342

Zero gave his brother's words his attention fully, though he could not help but chuckle at them slightly. "This thing is all over their news reports. Earthlings seem to feel loyal to those with fame more so than strength. It would be wise to build a report while on Earth. They see the two of us taking out some beast that has killed some of their friends or family, even if it was people they did not know they will look to us as Heros. With that misplaced trust we can use to make a deal in our favor. After all, I can see a market for these vehicles back on Frost. This could be the very first step in our plan to take control of more businesses in the PTO. " After he explained why he wanted them to do this Zero too heard the roar of the beast, it excited him. His expression showed that of a grin as he slowly lifted from the ground into the area to get a better view. Yes, he could see it now coming from the North East of their current position. "Ah yes here it comes Ryme. Shall we blast it when it breaks through the tree line there? " he asked as he started to gather Ki with both hands and lowered himself to the ground. A few seconds later another roar that could be heard much closer than the previous one echoed through the mountain area, the ground was even rubbing with each step as the beast advanced toward them. If only there was a news crew here currently to watch the pair of brothers destroy the beast. When the beast became visible Zero unleashed a series of Ki blasts aimed at the creature's face attempting to blind it if even for a moment. He had to admit it was rather large, about 3 meters tall, and had to have been at least 1 ton in weight. It was reptile-like, it seemed to have some sort of Biological armor in a fashion sort of like the kind their race had. This was primal though as it roared out as the blast hit it. To its credit, the blast did not seem to even make it stumble back which took Zero by surprise. Perhaps this thing was stronger than what he had thought. It did not matter though Zero flew from the ground and flew right towards the beast trusting his brother to do what his brother did best. When he got in close the beast made a swing for Zero with its blade-like claws narrowly missing Zero by a few inches as Zero had to use a burst of speed to dodge the blow. Getting in closer Zero would cock his right arm back and fly himself into the beast's jaw forcing the creature's head to move to the right and take a step back. It was nice to see at least his punches would do some damage. He was a hand-to-hand fighter, his brother was the Ki guy so it made sense for his brother's energy-based attack to deal more damage than his own had. WC:885

His brother would explain his interest in helping the Earthling people, and the logic was sound. Ryme knew that it would be a better reason than just wanting to do good. Everything they did was rooted in the idea of becoming successors of the PTO legacy. Even this, though if Ryme had known this before they left he would have brought a recorder. Instead, they would have to rely on word of mouth. Thinking about it, that might be better for their situation earthlings lied about the size of the beast they'd probably exaggerate how it was destroyed as well.
"Yes, we'll probably be able to take it down with a barrage with how weak the average earthling is."
Ryme was a master of Ki blasts relative to his brother, but with their might combined, he imagined the average beast wouldn't stand a chance. As Ryme entered his typical stance, he'd start rotating his head and parts of his torso in a clockwise direction while he leaned backward. There was always something comforting about his unique fighting style, it relied on deception. Most likely the beast wouldn't even understand, but that mattered little to Ryme.
As the beast emerged from the treeline both he and his brother's ki blasts didn't seem to have a major effect. This was probably due to the natural armor that the beast seemed to have. Leave it to earthlings to exaggerate size, but leave out the most important detail. It mattered little to Ryme, he had dealt with his race and their armor for years now. His brain had already calculated a plan, taking advantage of his brother's close-range combat. Before he could even communicate Zero would move straight towards the beast. That was the bond of brotherhood, the implicit trust that made them the dynamic duo.
Ryme would take to the air flying up until he had a good downward angle on the beast. He would charge up his signature move waiting for the right moment. It would swipe at his brother with its razor-sharp claws. His brother had a successful counterpunch that accomplished what Ryme was waiting for. As it opened its mouth to breathe and take a step back he'd throw his ball straight into its gullet. There's no armor on the inside of these beasts. He'd fire Ki blasts as well, to better hide the intended blast.
At first, Ryme was worried his blast didn't do enough damage, but as the beast went to swipe its tail at his brother. It would freeze, then collapse on the ground. Ryme smiled as he floated down to the ground seeing the damage that the beast had caused to the forests from the fall.
"Well, that was easier than I imagined. Let's go get this reward, I think we'll have to move pretty slow in the car to tow this back to town. Maybe we can make something out of its hide if my ball didn't ruin it too much. Couldn't think of a better way to take it down so sorry if I damaged it too much."
Ryme would get their vehicle and tie it to the large beast, he'd then let Zero start driving. The trip back was slower than he wanted, but the chance of making some new item out of the beast did excite him. He already had a couple of ideas of which shopkeeper to bring it to.
